The Rental Department received an emergency call on a January evening. The UPS at the customer’s data center failed and they were running on utility power. We worked quickly to deploy a 300kVA UPS trailer to the site the next day. We encountered some shipping delays with our freight carrier. Fortunately, Matt Risley arrived on-site and “fixed” our customer.
